We’re looking for a self-motivated, well-rounded BD/Marketing Manager to help us build our

B2C activities are designed to help Chinese professionals and global companies achieve their

Job Scope

This BD/Marketing Manager will help drive and support our company’s key business 

development and marketing activities. Key capabilities for this role include business 

development, building channel and partner relationships, account management, online & 

offline marketing, and project management.


As in all early stage/entrepreneurial situations, this a hands-on role that requires a whatever

it takes mindset and approach to get things done. However, this role also requires strong 

supervision skills of people, projects, and resources. 


Job Responsibilities

Business Development

 Help drive our efforts to introduce our talent & leadership development expertise and 

training services to top corporate clients. 

 Develop key client relationships and identify opportunities to deliver our talent & 

leadership development workshops and coaching services.

 Identify cooperation opportunities with top professional organizations, companies, and 

MBA programs (e.g. co-sponsored events, distribution our outstanding career 

development content, etc.)

 Build relationships with leading media to arrange interviews, post 职商网 content, and 

increase 职商网’s brand awareness to mid-career Chinese professionals.


Online & Offline Marketing

 Increase 职商网 followers and develop brand awareness on our social media channels 

(mainly, Weibo, Wechat, Zhihu, and LinkedIn). 

 Build relationships w/online & offline marketing channels, product and content distribution 

partners, media, MBA programs & universities, professional organizations, and KOLs. 

 Identify content contributors and collect 职商网 user stories/comments from our user 

groups and channels to create attractive content for our social media channels.

 Develop online & offline promotions, contests, and advertising that can build our user base 

and develop our brand/positioning w/our target users.

 Manage 职商网 user groups, mixer events, and co-hosted talks and activities.


Requirements:

 3-5 years of experience related to business development, marketing, and/or project 

management.

 Experience approaching and offering business services to international companies.

 Experience executing online and offline activities and projects related to social media, 

digital marketing, and product launches.

 Self-motivated. Strong communication and people skills. Good problem-solving and 

analytical skills. Resourceful.

 Entrepreneurial, strong business sense, results-driven, value--oriented, team-oriented, 

solutions-oriented. 

 Fluent oral and written English
